Long silence

Its been a long while..haishh too sayang to delete this blog but too lazy to update..anyway, Yushusna Qistina has been 3years 2months and Muhammad Yusreza Iman is approaching 7 months..both are doing great with their new idea new experiences new everything.

Last month, Yusreza Iman had been admitted to hospital due to bronchiolitis for 3days 2nights..so hard for me to see he suffered once put him to nebuliser each time..well, just hope he will never face that situation again..amin..

A week after hospitalised, my baby brother got married..alhamdulillah everything went smooth and well as per plan..

Survey kindies- am I too early for this?

Ibu don't know why ibu buat survey for kakak's kindies..she is just 2 yrs ++ but hey after googled, 2 1/2 yrs can send to kindies ok..even 18mths can go to playschool..anyway, even ibu tak hantar kakak next year, ibu have to prepare for her 4years rite..

Ibu also did trawling the Net for information and do comparison between Smart Reader Kids, REAL Kids, Q-dees and Genius Aulad..the fees is standard for all roughly rm1000 for registration and <rm300 monthly..that's not only that..ibu hv to bear in mind of uniforms, books and others..those misc can go up to rm300-rm400..

Other than that, ibu did surveyed on the normal islamic kindies named Tadika Tunas Cahaya which located near to atuk's house..and testimonial heard from neighbour who sent her 2 kids there are very positive..they can read at 5yrs and can recite a few doa as well..maybe insyaallah, one day will visit the tadika with kakak to see if she loves the place..

Ok then, hope gaji ibu naik bnyk next year as well as ayah's..aminn and really hope ibu and ayah afford to give better education for all our children..

21weeks and 133days to go..

Its has been awhile since my last post..and ibu now with 21weeks..adik had started his/her kicking kungfu/silat/rolling/gusti inside..sometimes till make ibu woke up from my nap..but when u asleep, no move, ibu plak missing u..alhamdulillah, ibu still got chance to feel the pregnancy term again..and insyaallah to feel it again and again..

Husna darling is getting smarter and smarter everyday..and I hv to let go my phone..as she keeps bothering me to play her baby games apps..all thanks to me coz manjakn anak ibu with a lot of nursery rhymes videos, games and education apps..although, ibu knows she learn from playing..kids nowadays..never the same like those days..

Ayah has been busy working till early morning..only had few hours sleep and rest..pity him but ibu always pray to allah to give him strength and courage to keep strong..and to protect him from any unforseen..ibu knows ayah worked hard as his family is now growing bigger and bigger..

Alhamdulillah, ibu & ayah is 10days away from our 3rd years anniversary..syukur and may allah swt bless our marriage till jannah..

and ibu got new sony experia S for my anniversary gift!! love it! thank you husband!

ABC song with husna..

yesterday, 21st Nov 2012..husna darling at 2yrs, 1 mth, 4wks & 2days..

while ibu & atuk had our dinner, husna sang an ABC song till the end..both me n atuk looked at each other with shocked.. immediately called ayah yg tgh working to inform about this great news..for his inspiration and motivation for work..

alhamdulillah..husna is getting smarter & clever everyday..this is all berkat from playing kids game & songs in my handphone..ibu also always sang abc songs whenever ibu changed husna's diapers, during bathing & b4 sleep..

and today, ibu can feel adik moving in my tummy when I woke up this morning..ibu immediately grab husna's hand to let her feel adik's moving..

Alhamdulillah syukur both of my children are doing fine..except for husna as she's in the recovery for her coughing & flu..may allah always protect my children from any sickness, illness, disease & harm..amin

Haishhh ibu pandang sepi je blog ni berhabuk x berupdate..malas is the word plus so many reasons adding up to that five words..but thinking that ibu ni pelupa n takut a lot of story tak sampai to husna, so ibu kuatkan semangat to blog..

One of it was on chinese new year, husna played with cotton bud when ibu cleared ayah's ear as usual..then what happen was husna korek telinga sampai darah..and ofcos ibu freaking out and we rushed husna to our fave clinic at taman samudera..alhamdulillah syukur nothing worse..at that time ibu thought husna will wont be able to hear one ear..ya allah, jauhkan husna dr perkara2 buruk..amin..

Then the other thing was ibu tergeget husna's finger..this was funny n ibu felt so stupid..husna held chocolate on het right hand and ibu wanted to bite a bit..but then ibu bite ur finger hardly..bcos i thought the chocolate was hard, but it actually was her finger..husna didnt dare to tell ayah..hehe..

Protein Packs A Punch

If you want your child’s muscles and other body parts to be in tip-top shape, feed him protein, the body’s building block. This nutrient also repairs, replaces and makes tissues as well as ensures optimum growth. And that’s not all that protein provides. Protein is made of amino acids, and your body needs 22 amino acids. Of these, 14 can be made internally, but the remaining 8 can only come from foods (these are called essential amino acids). The best way to meet your child’s protein requirement is from both animal (eg fish, poultry, meat and eggs) and plant sources, especially legumes (beans, peas and lentils). For a vegetarian meal, you can get protein by dishing up a delicious dhal curry or stirfrying peas. Scrambled Eggs

Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients

4 large eggs
1 tsp margarine
1 tsp sesame or vegetable oil
5-8 curry leaves, coarsely chopped
1 tsp minced ginger
¼ cup finely sliced shallots
2 spring onions, finely chopped
2 tbsps chopped red capsicum
Salt to taste

Dipping Sauce:

1 tsp chopped fresh coriander
2 spring onions, finely sliced
2 tbsps lime juice
2 tbsps light soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil

Directions

1. Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt in a bowl until very smooth. Set aside.
2. Heat frying pan over medium-high heat. Add margarine and oil followed by curry leaves, ginger and capsicum. Stir-fry briefly.
3. Add shallots and spring onions. Reduce heat to medium. Stir-fry until the shallots are soft.
4. Whisk the eggs again slightly. Pour into the hot pan. Reduce heat to medium-low and use a wooden spatula to gently scramble the eggs.
5. Cook a little longer until the eggs are set but still soft and tender.
6. Serve eggs hot with rice (for lunch or dinner) or with chapatti (for breakfast).

Susu Ibu Sebatian Ajaib

"Dan Kami wajibkan manusia berbuat baik kepada kedua ibu bapanya; ibunya telah mengandungnya dengan menanggung kelemahan atas kelemahan dan menceraikan susunya dalam masa dua tahun; bersyukurlah kepada-Ku dan kepada kedua ibu bapamu; dan kepada Aku-lah tempat kembalimu." (Surah Luqman, ayat 14)

Air susu ibu ialah satu sebatian tiada tandingan yang diciptakan oleh Allah demi memenuhi keperluan nutrisi bayi dan melindunginya daripada sebarang jangkitan. Keseimbangan makanan berkhasiat dalam air susu ibu adalah pada kadar yang tepat dan bersesuaian dengan tubuh bayi yang belum matang.

Pada masa yang sama, air susu ibu juga kaya dengan nutrien yang mempercepat pertumbuhan sel-sel otak dan perkembangan sistem saraf. Makanan buatan untuk bayi yang disediakan dengan bantuan teknologi masa kini tidak dapat menggantikan makanan ajaib ini.

Memantapkan Sistem Imunisasi

Senarai manfaat air susu ibu kepada bayi bertambah setiap hari. Kajian menunjukkan bahawa bayi-bayi yang diberi minum air susu ibu terlindung daripada penyakit berkaitan sistem pernafasan dan penghadaman. Ini kerana antibodi-antibodi yang terdapat di dalam air susu ibu menyediakan satu perlindungan langsung daripada jangkitan. Sifat anti-infeksi lain air susu ibu adalah menyediakan satu persekitaran sesuai untuk bakteria "bermanfaat" yang dipanggil sebagai "flora normal" sekaligus menangkis serangan bakteria, virus dan parasit berbahaya. Tambahan pula, didapati bahawa terdapat beberapa unsur di dalam air susu ibu yang mengawal sistem imunisasi terhadap penyakit berjangkit dan membolehkannya berfungsi dengan lebih teratur.

Kaya Dengan Nutrisi

Oleh kerana air susu ibu telah direka secara khusus, ia merupakan makanan yang paling mudah dihadam oleh bayi. Selain kaya dengan nutrisi, ia juga mudah dihadam oleh sistem penghadaman bayi yang sensitif. Memandangkan bayi menggunakan sedikit sahaja tenaga untuk mencerna air susu ibu, maka tenaga selebihnya dapat disalurkan untuk fungsi tubuh yang lain, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan organ.

Air susu ibu yang mempunyai bayi pra-matang mengandungi tahap zat lemak, protein, natrium, klorida dan besi yang lebih tinggi untuk menampung keperluan bayi. Ianya telah dibuktikan bahawa fungsi mata bayi pra-matang yang diberi minum air susu ibu adalah lebih baik dan lebih cemerlang dalam ujian kecerdasan. Tambahan pula, mereka turut memiliki banyak kelebihan lain.

Omega-3

Kandungan minyak omega-3 asid alfa linoleat menjadikan air susu ibu penting untuk perkembangan bayi. Selain menjadi sebatian penting untuk otak dan retina manusia, ia juga amat mustahak bagi bayi-bayi yang baru dilahirkan. Omega-3 secara khusus penting sepanjang masa kehamilan dan peringkat awal usia bayi demi perkembangan otak dan saraf yang normal. Ramai saintis menegaskan kepentingan air susu ibu terutamanya sebagai satu sumber omega-3 semulajadi dan sempurna.

Mengurangkan Risiko Sakit Jantung

Selain daripada itu, kajian yang dilakukan oleh sekumpulan saintis Universiti Bristol, United Kingdom mendapati bahawa antara kebaikan jangka panjang air susu ibu adalah kesan positifnya terhadap tekanan darah, yang mana ia dapat mengurangkan risiko serangan jantung. Kumpulan penyelidik tersebut menyimpulkan bahawa sifat perlindungan yang terdapat di dalam air susu ibu disebabkan oleh kandungan nutrisinya. Menurut hasil kajiannya yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal perubatan Circulation, bayi yang diberi minum air susu ibu kurang berisiko menghidap penyakit jantung.

Kehadiran rantaian panjang asid lemak poli tidak tepu (polyunsaturated fatty acids) dalam air susu ibu (untuk mencegah pengerasan arteri) dan hakikat bahawa bayi yang diberi minum air susu ibu menggunakan sedikit natrium (berkait rapat dengan tekanan darah) serta tidak mengalami pertambahan berat badan berlebihan merupakan antara cara air susu ibu memberi manfaat kepada jantung.

Sebagai tambahan, satu pasukan diketuai oleh Dr. Lisa Martin, dari Pusat Perubatan Hospital Kanak-kanak Cincinnati di Amerika, telah menemui kadar kandungan hormon protein (adiponectin) yang tinggi dalam air susu ibu.

Kandungan adiponectin yang tinggi dalam darah dikaitkan dengan kurangnya risiko serangan jantung. Tahap adiponectin yang rendah ditemui pada orang yang mengalami kegemukan dan berisiko tinggi mengalami serangan penyakit jantung. Maka disepakati bahawa bayi yang diberi air susu ibu mempunyai risiko kegemukan yang rendah dengan kehadiran hormon ini.

Tambahan pula, mereka juga menemui sejenis hormon yang dipanggil sebagai leptin dalam air susu ibu yang mempunyai peranan utama dalam metabolisme lemak. Leptin dipercayai berfungsi menyampaikan isyarat kepada otak bahawa terdapat lemak pada tubuh. Berdasarkan pendedahan Dr. Martin, hormon-hormon yang diserap semasa peringkat bayi melalui air susu ibu dapat menurunkan risiko pelbagai penyakit seperti obesiti, diabetes tahap dua dan daya tahan insulin, serta penyakit jantung koronari.

Fakta tentang "Makanan Tersegar"

Fakta-fakta tentang air susu ibu tidak tamat di sini. Sumbangannya terhadap kesihatan bayi berkembang mengikut fasa pertumbuhan bayi dan kandungannya berubah demi memenuhi keperluan nutrisi bayi mengikut peringkat-peringkat tertentu. Unsur gula dan lemak dalam air susu ibu, yang sentiasa tersedia dan pada suhu yang sesuai, memainkan peranan penting dalam perkembangan otak. Tambahan pula, elemen lain seperti kalsium turut memberi sumbangan dalam perkembangan tulang-tulang bayi.

Meskipun dinamakan susu, namun sebahagian besar sebatian ajaib ini sebenarnya terdiri daripada air. Ini merupakan ciri terpenting kerana selain daripada makanan, bayi juga memerlukan cairan dalam bentuk air. Kebersihan sepenuhnya tidak mungkin didapati dalam air atau bahan makanan selain daripada air susu ibu. Namun air susu ibu yang merangkumi 90% air dan tidak kurang, memenuhi keperluan air bayi dalam cara yang paling bersih dan sihat.

Susu Ibu dan Kecerdasan

Kajian saintifik membuktikan bahawa pembangunan kognitif di kalangan bayi-bayi yang diberi air susu ibu adalah lebih hebat berbanding bayi lain. Satu analisis perbandingan berkaitan dengan bayi yang diberi air susu ibu dan bayi yang diberi susu formula oleh James W. Anderson—seorang pakar dari Universiti Kentucky—mendapati bahawa minda bayi yang diberi minum air susu ibu adalah lima kali lebih tinggi berbanding dengan bayi lain. Hasil daripada kajian ini, didapati bahawa kecerdasan diperoleh daripada air susu ibu sehingga enam bulan, dan bayi yang disusui kurang daripada lapan minggu tidak menunjukkan sebarang kesan dari segi kecerdasan minda.

Benarkah Air Susu Ibu Menentang Kanser?

Hasil daripada kesemua kajian yang dijalankan, terbukti bahawa air susu ibu, yang ratusan penulisan mengenainya telah diterbitkan, melindungi bayi daripada kanser. Hakikat ini telah diketahui meskipun mekanismenya belum difahami sepenuhnya. Sewaktu sebuah protein dari air susu ibu membunuh sel-sel tumor yang dibiakkan dalam makmal tanpa merosakkan sebarang sel sihat, para pengkaji menyatakan bahawa satu potensi yang hebat telah ditemui.

Catharina Svanborg, seorang profesor imunologi klinikal Universiti Lund di Sweden, ialah ketua kumpulan peneliti yang menemui rahsia ajaib air susu ibu ini. Pasukan tersebut menerangkan keupayaan air susu ibu dalam menyediakan perlindungan terhadap pelbagai bentuk kanser sebagai satu penemuan yang menakjubkan.

Pada mulanya, para peneliti mengkaji sel-sel lendir usus yang diambil daripada bayi-bayi yang bari dilahirkan dengan air susu ibu. Mereka mendapati bahawa penyakit pneumonia yang diakibatkan oleh bakteria Pneumococcus dapat dihentikan dengan berkesan oleh air susu ibu. Bahkan bayi yang diberi air susu ibu amat kurang mengalami masalah pendengaran berbanding bayi yang diberi minum susu formula dan risiko jangkitan penyakit pernafasan yang terlalu rendah.

Selepas beberapa siri penyelidikan, didapati bahawa air susu ibu juga memberi perlindungan terhadap kanser. Setelah menunjukkan bahawa kanser limfa di kalangan kanak-kanak yang diberi susu formula semasa fasa kanak-kanak berlaku sembilan kali ganda, mereka menyedari bahawa hasil yang sama juga berlaku untuk pelbagai jenis kanser yang lain.

Berdasarkan keputusan tersebut, air susu ibu berupaya mengenal pasti sel-sel kanser secara tepat lalu memusnahkannya. Zat bernama alpha-lac (alphalactalbumin) yang banyak di dalam air susu ibu menjejak dan membunuh sel-sel kanser. Alpha-lac dihasilkan oleh sejenis protein yang membantu pengeluaran gula laktosa dalam air susu ibu.

Rahmat Tiada Bandingan Ini adalah Satu Anugerah dari Allah

Satu lagi ciri menakjubkan air susu ibu adalah hakikat bahawa ia amat bermanfaat untuk diberi kepada bayi selama dua tahun terawal.

Maklumat penting yang hanya diketahui oleh sains baru-baru ini, telah dinyatakan oleh Allah 14 kurun yang lalu melalui ayat:

"Dan ibu-ibu hendaklah menyusukan anak mereka selama dua tahun genap, iaitu bagi orang yang menyempurnakan penyusuan itu; ..." (Surah Al-Baqarah, ayat 233)

Si ibu tidak merancang untuk menghasilkan air susu ibu, sumber khasiat terbaik untuk bayi tidak berdaya yang memerlukan makanan dalam kandungannya, serta tidak menentukan tahap pelbagai nutrisi di dalamnya. Allah Yang Maha Kuasa, Yang Maha Mengetahui keperluan setiap makhluk dan mengasihi mereka, Yang menciptakan air susu ibu untuk bayi di dalam tubuh si ibu.

changing husna's diaper

Dear all,

i found that changing husna's diaper is really really challenging for me because husna does not want to lie down even a second!! or even i gave her toys to play with..sometimes rasa nak marah but she does not know anything other than play play and play..sabar je la bila time change her diaper..

other thing about husna that puzzled me is that she have no interest towards her toys but she like to play TV remote control, handphone, maksu's make up and other things that are not suppose to play with..any of your children like mine too? how to deal?

last week, husna received gift from cik qis..bag from australia..husna loves it and she likes to bite its nose..haha, so i have to keep the bag from husna's view..

So, while reading others blog, i found this website and felt that this are awesome and would highly recommend to mommy-to-be to read it..everything was in there, from baby to toddler, pregnancy to parenting and even for those who trying to conceive..

My focus now are on the subject parenting and also having another baby ;) Yup honey, ibu now in thought to have adik for you..so that you can have friend to play with..but all in God's hand..ayah and ibu can just pray for rizq..insyaallah..

But my main focus in reading is on the parenting subject..if i read newspaper, i will search parenting session first..funny isn't it?

p/s: ibu also now in addition on pampering self with body lotion..like i love it so much..

husna's 1year 1month 2weeks & 3days

Salam..

aha here i am again..let's update!

~ husna learn to jump today, so cute..as we count 1,2,3 she bend her knee and pull her body up..am proud of her..!

~have started my new job scope in new department, but still in a same company..alhamdulillah as for now (3weeks) everything were fine..and hopefully it will fine forever..amin

~aidiladha also went well as we did aqiqah for husna and alhamdulillah syukur..and i learned the meaning of qurban & aqiqah..not to say i dont know before but this year i understand better..

~husna love wearing tudung! She didn't pull it out..im so surprised because she always pull her hair clip, or anything on her head..and alhamdulillah!! And i love her even more!

As a mother, it's always a challenging job to raise children..an enjoyed one..really hope my daughter grow up healty and clever..of course, every mother wishes for the best for their children..ibu doakan husna to have a better life..

Am watching Spa Seekers at 706, astro lifestyle, and am so craving for massage and spa! Watching them being massaged makes my adrenaline goes up, i just really want it..! Owh make me remembered during my confinement..i was massaged for three days consecutively and i loved it..i enjoyed it as it was so good for after birth women..


okay im out of idea..and my eyes are heavy, that's mean i need to sleep now..ok bye love!

2) panjat meja n kerusi rendah
3) makan banyak!
4) mulut asyik mengecap2..
5) pandai jelir lidah sambil menyembur
6) pandai pilih air, xnk air masak
7) pandai marah
8) pandai merempan kalau xdpt ape yg husna nak

Dan macam2 lagi..Hehe

fever seven!

Salam dearie,

Today, u r 7 months and 4 days..and again, u got fever..starting with flu  since friday and high fever started yesterday monday..i took leave yesterday to take care of u..and im grateful i did because alhamdulillah u r okay now..but trust me, taking care of u during u sick is so challenging and required full of patient..

husna non stop merengek dan asyik nak dukung je..kalau letak husna kat atas tilam, 5 minit je dpt main..itu pun mesti ade ibu kat sebelah..manja sgt anak ibu ni..tapi takpe la..husna tengah demam, ibu layankan je la..

Dan ibu lumurkan air asam jawa at ur whole body..petua untuk kebahkan demam..disamping bagi makan ubat,  kita usaha dan tawakal..always remember ye sayang, usaha dan tawakal..insyaallah apa jua pekerjaan kite, Allah akan berkati..

Today, ibu cant take leave but atuk did..according to him, u cried a lot and only okay when he took u out from house..manja ke mengada ni? 

And one more manja-ngade thing, husna suka tidur atas dada ibu..last night maybe u cant sleep due to ur nose tersumbat, so ibu meniarapkan husna atas badan ibu and i dont know for how long kita tidur macam tu, lenguh juga la badan ibu ni..nanti husna dah besar, urut ibu tau.. Hehehe okay now im so tired and sleepy 

Ibu jealous ni..jealous sebab tak dapat give full breastfeed dekat baby ibu yg bucuk macam ayah ni..now baby 6months 3weeks! But somehow ibu proud dapat breasfeed sampai sekarang eventhough malam sahaja..siang on weekdays husna minum susu dalam botol, dutchlady..so far husna pernah minum Snow, Bebelac, NAN..and insyaallah when you are one year, ibu want to give you Anmum..because now research done and found out that only Anmum milk doesn't contain additional sugar..insyaallah, doakan rezeki ibu bertambah ye..

And apart from husna pandai bertateh, husna now boleh mengesot dengan lajunye!! sekejap je dah hilang masuk bilik..haha menimbulkan kegusaran tau tak..extra cautious after this! plus, baju sekejap je kotor dah..takpe la anak ibu ni sedang belajar..sedang explore the world..semoga anak ibu yang bucuk macam ayah ni menjadi anak yang pandai macam ibu..hahaha ayah mesti marah ibu..yang buruk2 je mesti ayah..

U were just 6 months and a half and there's a lot of progression in you..am proud of you husna..yesterday when i came home, maksu said you bertateh really fast..so i tested you and it's true! I just hold both your hand and your feet stepped ahead without me pulling you to step forward..! Alhamdulillah!

u know what?!! Now husna da start to sit down by ur self..i am so proud of u sayang..minggu lepas dpt menan baru, nk menan baru lg la tu ye? That's okey..i'll buy u new toy coz i want u to play and and learn at the same time..ayah mesti happy when he see u this week..

ibu want to tell you this..you looked alike to your father! same! you followed ayah! orang tua2 kata, kalau anak perempuan elok ikut ayah, sejuk bila besar nanti..maksudnya macam relationship between you and ayah rapat and sekepala..wallahualam..hope for the best to both you and ayah because i love both of you..

okey, husna is 5 months 1 week and 5 days now..a lot of wonderful things are waiting for you ahead..may allah bless you and always protect you..i am watching you sleeping now..you loved sleeping grovelled..maybe it make you comfortable..husna tahu tak ibu suke tidur peluk husna..there was one time that you couldnt sleep, but after ibu hugged, you fall asleep..sweet sangat..

i always story about you, that's doesn't mean i forgot ayah.. i love ayah so much..even more..ibu pernah dengar orang cakap, love your loved one like yoyr finger nails..even you cut, it will grows back..never stop growing..kelakar kan..but it's true isn't..

I lie down beside you..pity your face because ada luka kecil..tahu sebab ape? kuku husna cepat panjang and tajam some more..dah la ada mosquito bites, dengan luka lagi..kecian anak ibu ni..

Okay, i'm about to sleep now but before that i need to change your diaper..you usually pee a bit during night and that's why i dont have to wake up midnight to change it..i will only change your diaper early morning when i wake up..

i am using Drypers WeeWeeDry and PetPet for you..dah pakai size M tau..bambam anak ibu ni..

ibu nak share sesuatu ni..ni pun ibu ambil from majalah pa & ma..all this i did to my cute little baby..ibu hope baby will grow up fast dan jadi budak bijak!!

Bayi yang masih kecil belajar mengenai pergerakan, komunikasi, sosial dan persekitarannya dengan cara bermain. Untuk dua tiga bulan pertama kehidupannya, bayi anda akan belajar dengan anda.

Perkara pertama bayi anda akan belajar ialah sentuhan, bunyi suara dan mimik muka yang anda lakukan kepadanya. Malah anda juga boleh menggalakkan stimulasi dengan senyuman, bunyi yang lembut dan sentuhan. Stimulasi ini merupakan ‘senaman’ kesihatan buat bayi anda yang masih kecil.

Aktiviti menukar pakaian

Sewaktu menukar pakaian atau lampin dan waktu dimandikan, anda boleh berbual mesra dengannya. Sambil menyalin pakaian gunakan perkataan indah untuk merangsang minda bayi seperti “cantiknya anak ibu” dan “bucuk wanginya anak ibu”. Sambil itu bermainlah dengan jarinya. Jarinya boleh dicium dan kedua tangannya ditepuk supaya mindanya terangsang serta berasa gembira.

Mainan ringkas

Dalam beberapa minggu bayi anda boleh diperkenalkan kepada beberapa barang permainan yang ringkas yang mempunyai bunyi dan boleh di sentuh. Permainan itu seperti rattles, permainan lembut dan anak patung yang mempunyai melodi yang lembut.

:::ibu belum beli lagi rattles ni..but ibu berkenan lah nk beli playmat macam kat bawah ni..boleh merangsang deria melihat dan sentuhan baby..nanti ibu ask ayah buy for you ye..

Berbual mesra
Cakap dengan bayi anda. Bahasa digunakan ibu bapa setiap hari dapat membentuk minda bayi membentuk bahasanya. Ibu bapa perlulah faham mereka seharusnya memberikan perhatian terhadap perkembangan bahasa bayi dan membantunya dengan berbual mesra.

:::baby suka senyum bila ibu borak dengan baby..semua orang suka borak dengan baby..nenek plak suka nyanyi..and baby pasti senyum, macam faham je..

Sentuhan kasih sayang
Apabila bayi asyik memerhatikan wajah ibunya, lakukan sesuatu untuk menarik minatnya. Cuba menyanyi, menunjukkan senyuman gembira atau mencium tubuh bayinya itu. Senyuman dan suara anda ketika bercakap dengannya akan membuatkan dia merasa selesa dan selamat. Ini kerana suara dan sentuhan anda dia sudah biasa didengari akan membuatkan dia berasa selamat dan selesa.

Ketika menyusukan bayi, ibu jangan hanya memandang wajah bayi. Sebaliknya ungkapkan kata-kata manis untuk merangsang bayi. Perkataan seperti “anak ibu comel’ dan “anak ibu sayang” boleh digunakan bagi tujuan itu.

Waktu tidur

Apabila bayi menangis atau menguap, ini memberi tanda waktu untuk tidur sudah tiba. Bayi yang berusia lebih kurang 3 bulan memerlukan waktu tidur hampir lebih kurang 20 jam sehari. Jangan abaikan waktu tidurnya ini. Jadikan ia waktu yang berkualiti. Wujudkan persekitaran bilik yang nyaman untuk bayi tidur dengan selesa.
